Individual security passes issued to tenants to access buildings and apartment.

Maintenance
Le Parc employs a qualified staff devoted to the tenants and to assure comfort throughout the buildings. At least one employee is on duty 24/7 to help and answer questions.

Convenience store – Dry Cleaner
Situated in the center of the city, Le Parc apartments offer direct access to several businesses. On site you have direct access to a convenience store and a dry-cleaner.

Swimming Pools
Le Parc complex has two swimming pools: indoor and outdoor. The indoor pool is situated in the Olympic Training Center, which is open all year. The second is in the exterior garden which is open from June to September.

Laundry rooms
At least one complete laundry room is situated in each tower of Le Parc. A service computer in the lobby allows you to obtain an electronic card at any time. This card activates both the washers and dryers.

Maintenance-repairs
For any service requests, you can ask the doorman on duty at any time or the rental office of Le Parc.

Olympic Training Center
The Olympic Training Center is a true heaven of relaxation and training reserved for Le Parc tenants only. The facilities include a gym with cardiovascular equipment, weights and other accessories, and also a sauna in both lady’s and men’s bathrooms.

Oasis room
Whether you are a tenant or not, our conference room will answer all your needs. The room is furnished with all the equipment you need to guarantee the success of your professional presentations, group meetings or private events. Please contact the rental office of Le Parc for further information.

Parking
Accessible from both Drummond and Mountain streets, almost 200 indoor parking spaces are for rent. Hourly, daily, weekly or monthly rates are available on the first level (monthly rentals only for the second level, upon availability). Security cameras on each level.

Mail
All tenants get their own personal mail box. Access to the mail boxes is limited to you and Canada Post. In case we receive mail for you, the doorman will leave a note on your mail box and you will be able to pick it up at the front desk.
